Jayson was drawn to LTF because it offered him a non-profit setting in which to do what he loves: automating data processes. Using his programming background, he builds systems that enable the organization to more quickly extend its reach to new teachers and their students. Additionally, he says, “the people here are so passionate and capable, which makes it a joy to come to work every day.” Of his contributions since joining LTF in 2006, Jayson is most proud of the back office system he implemented that has allowed the company to expand training into more states at a faster rate than had been previously possible. Says Jayson about working at LTF, “It is an honor and privilege to be a part of this effort.” He hopes to see LTF in all 50 states – and perhaps beyond!
